assist with the collection of data needed to fit a
meeting's needs, arrange site inspections, distribute
hotel leads and collect proposals.

a meeting is booked in Kerrville, we work with your
group to ensure the success of a meeting from start
to finish. Services include housing assistance,
registration staffing, promotional services, VIP
bags, name badges and welcome packets.
