Welcome to Barnett Bungalow! This vintage charmer, built in 1930, boasts original shiplap, clawfoot tub and a huge front porch. All this and two master bedroom suites on a quiet street near downtown. A large backyard with a six-person hot tub, fire pit, and gas grill. We offer free WiFi, cable, and a smart TV for your personal streaming preferences. Barnett Bungalow has an open concept living space, with the living room/kitchen/dining areas open to each other. The kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated and is well-stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, spices, and a tea kettle. There are two master bedroom suites with king-sized beds, memory foam mattresses, and black-out curtains. There is ample parking behind the home, with additional parking on the street. And we are located just three blocks from downtown Kerrville, where you will find great restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment!
